I have detailed knowledge of Human Rights, Disability Rights, Health and Social Care, the Mental Health Act and the Care Act. I specialise in developing models for successfully putting legislation into working practice.

I am a strong communicator with excellent networking skills, and have worked in social care and for a number of voluntary sector organisations. I have experience in running Residential and Supported Living Homes, Day Services Provision, planning and implementing the resettlement of people from long-stay hospitals to community-based homes. In addition, I have run a service providing advocacy to vulnerable people.
