Enterprise Wellness Ltd (EWL) is a subsidiary of Community ConneX Ltd.
Our role is to:
• Engage with communities to capture intelligence to inform future business development and commissioning of services.
• Design and deliver campaigning activities that make a difference to the health and wellbeing of our citizens and beneficiaries.
• Build alliances with other organisations to co-design and deliver added value services.
In the current climate the increasing challenge for all organisations is how to get the voice of those who use our services to help inform and design future service delvery, ensuring services are meeting the needs of those who use them. We work collaboratively with those that commission services, service providers and local businesses to engage with local residents to ensure their voice is heard. We can help find out what matters to people and to help make sure their views shape the support they need.
Our Vision is simple
We deliver these services through Healthwatch Harrow and Engagement ConneX across North and West London.
EWL is the body that manages the Healthwatch Harrow contract, which has legal mandate under the provision of the Health and Social Care Act (2012) to be an independent voice of local people. Healthwatch Harrow are commissioned by the Local Authority to be the residents voice for health and social care services in Harrow. Our role is to gather intelligence / evidence, to check and challenge service delivery, identify where services need to change and make recommendations to those who commission the services.
Engagement Connex is a part of Community ConneX Ltd which manages a range of services and Engagement Projects commissioned by Local Authorities, CCG, businesses, and other providers. Our role is to engage with clients, staff, providers, and external stakeholders to provide a voice, gather intelligence to help inform: Campaigning activity, Service design & delivery, Service improvement through review and audit.
